XLF Windows - Automatic Compliance Made Quick & Easy…

Exiscan XDP Window White Bg Lrg3 Inspections, 1 Window
The XLF series is a Multi-Inspection Panel that combines a large format infrared (IR) window, with a visual inspection window and (optional) ultrasound ports.

The innovative design allows technicians to take IR and ultrasound scans while performing a visual inspection or taking digital photos through the same inspection panel while de-risking their predictive maintenance work process.

Access the Inaccessible
Does your facility have equipment with voltage or incident energy ratings that are now declared "off limits" by your Electrical Safety Program? How do technicians inspect equipment that must be kept closed or is protected by switched interlocks? ExiscanTM Large-Format Inspection Panels provides safe access to "inaccessible" energized equipment.

Compliance Made Easy & Quick
OSHA, NFPA 70E, CSA Z462 and similar electrical safety mandates do not require additional PPE when equipment remains closed and in "Normal Operating Condition." Closed-panel inspection methods, like those made possible with XLF Series Large-Format Inspection Windows are an easy way to comply with evolving mandates.

Performing inspections through an IR window or visual inspection window eliminates inherently high-risk tasks, such as removing panels or opening hinged doors. The resulting work task is safer for personnel, plant assets and processes. Routine inspections can now be performed while energized equipment is kept closed, and in "normal operating condition" in compliance with electrical safety standards and mandates.

Save Time, Save Man-Hours, Save Money

Using inspection windows eliminates the need for constant dressing up and down in PPE, and it eliminates the need to tie up highly-skilled personnel to needlessly open and close equipment. Simply put: it's a vastly more efficient use of man-hours. In addition to the obvious safety benefits, time-studies have demonstrated that using inspection windows can also reduce inspection costs by 75% to 95%.

Over-Engineered for Your Safety
The XLF is built to out-live your enclosure. You have to see it to believe it.

The panel is fabricated from machined aluminum (anodized and powder coated) and stainless steel. When it comes to durability and brute strength, ExiscanTM is without peers.

Analyze Better Data
Because using inspection windows does not increase risk of electrical hazards, inspections can be performed during peak load, when data collection is ideal, without worry of accidental process interruption.
